Mount Onsite – Online Training
Our online installation and service trainings are designed to give you the step-by-step Mount Onsite Method to learning the residential garage door industry. We will take you from the beginning with components – to the end with an install and service – and everything in between. You will receive videos, downloads and step-by-step instructions.
Our INSTALLATION course is made up of nine modules with a bonus resource after completing the last module. In total there are 46 lessons that cover safety, components and tools, installation and tear down of sectional doors – both torsion and extension.
The SERVICE course has seven modules and 18 lessons that cover spring replacement, cable replacement, spring conversion, section replacement and more. As techs go through the lessons they are quizzed on coursework and need an 80% to proceed (100% for the safety quiz).
Throughout these modules there are hands-on lessons that give the technician an opportunity to hone their skills and show you what they’ve learned. The hands-on lessons are on the honor system but will be an opportunity for them to show you or a trainer their progress as they go through their training.
We will continually add new trainings such as high lift, low head room and business training. Product specific modules will be added as well, on manufacturers such as Guardian, Sommer and Marantec.
These online trainings are meant to go hand in hand with our in-person, on-site training to get your technician fully trained – and allow us to make our hands-on residential training more advanced moving forward.
We offer individual as well as bundle pricing. Check out the screenshots in the gallery below then CLICK HERE to visit our Kajabi online training site.
